LONDON— Andre Martinez is now the new chairman of Morgan Stanley Real Estate’s global lodging practice. In this new position, Martinez, who was most recently a member of Accor SA’s management board, will be responsible for expanding Morgan Stanley’s hotel and resort property investing business and enhancing the investment banking and lending services it provides lodging sector clients.
