PARIS— Moor Park Real Estate has acquired a portfolio of 91 hotels from Accor for $1.14 billion. The portfolio, which represents 12,000 rooms, consists of 72 hotels in Germany and 19 in the Netherlands that carry the Novotel, Mercure, Ibis, and Etap brands. Accor will continue to manage the hotels. DTZ Hospitality Group, a division of New York-based DTZ Rockwood, advised Moor Park on the transaction.
