HERRIN, IL Monchino Management, LLC has signed a management agreement with Grove Port Hotel Associates, LLC to manage a new 81-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Columbus, OH. The facility is presently under construction and is slated to open in July 2001. (5/2/01)
