CHARLESTON, SC— The 159-room, eight-story Radisson Hotel here has been purchased (at an undisclosed price) by Raj Parikh of Maple Shade, NJ-based Parikh & Parikh Associates from Airport Properties. The transaction was closed by McLean, VA-based Molinaro Koger, acting on behalf of the seller. In addition to noting Parikh & Parikh now owns/operates a portfolio of 16 hotels along the Eastern Seaboard, Molinaro Koger VP Jim Aylor pointed out: “The Charleston purchase is Parikh & Parikh’s second Radisson acquisition in the past 60 days.” Located proximate to Charleston’s airport and new convention center, and featuring 10,000 square feet of meeting space, the full-service Radisson Hotel is described as being well-suited to the company’s business target parameters.
