Millennium Completes CRS Transition

DENVER— The Millennium Broadway Hotel in New York was the last of 13 Millennium & Hotels Resorts- The Americas to complete the transition from its existing central reservation system to SCEPTRE, a SWAN solution. According to Scott Anderson, SWAN president/CEO, SCEPTRE helps small chains and independent hotels increase sales and profits through global-distribution system representation, private- label voice reservations, and consulting services.
