ATLANTA The Microtel Inn & Suites chain has signed a master franchise agreement with Ponce, Puerto Rico-based Novotel Tourism Group to bring the Microtel concept to Puerto Rico. Sites under consideration are located in major cities such as Ponce, San Juan, Mayaguez, Arecibo and Caguas. Other locations will also be considered.
