ATLANTA Microtel Inns & Suites is continuing its international expansion with the opening of two new Philippine properties located in Calapan City, Mindoro and Luisita, Tarlac. In addition, Microtel recently broke ground on its first Canadian property, located in Niagara Falls, and its second Mexican hotel, located in Campeche.
USFS has also signed agreements for Microtel hotels in Argentina, Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Uruguay, and the Turks & Caicos Islands. (3/21/01)
