WASHINGTON, D.C. MeriStar Hotels & Resorts has selected OpenTable as its exclusive provider of restaurant reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for MeriStar hotel properties nationwide. OpenTable is building end-to-end solutions at participating MeriStar locations that will consist of OpenTable electronic reservation books (ERBs) installed at restaurants throughout the property and access to a customized version of OpenTable s concierge solution OTConcierge.
