WASHINGTON, D.C. Marriott International plans to build two new hotels in Brazil over the next two years. The 320-room Guarulhos Airport Hotel Deville will be rebranded as the 316-room Sao Paulo International Airport Marriott. The hotel is expected to open this summer. In addition, the 123-unit Marriott Executive Apartments is scheduled to open in the Jardins district of Sao Paulo in 2003. It will be the first representative of the Marriott Executive Apartments brand in South America. (3/1/01)
