WASHINGTON D.C. For the second consecutive year, Marriott International has been selected as a CIO-100 honoree by CIO, the magazine for information executives. The CIO-100 award program recognizes organizations that have mastered the customer connection through the establishment of a strong customer relationship management (CRM) strategy enabled by modern-day technology.

Marriott s CRM strategy was noted for its ability to drive better customer service, increase sales, sell across brands and build loyalty. (8/23/00)
