MARRIOTT BUYS RITZ-CARLTON IN HAWAII

Marriott International purchased The Ritz-Carlton Kapalau Hotel in Maui for $143 million from Osaka, Japan-based Nissho Iwai Corp. Tishman Hotel Corp.’s investment banking group brokered the sale of the 548-room luxury hotel.
