CNL Hospitality of Orlando, FL owns nearly 40 Marriott lodging products, including the Bridgewater Marriott and the Dallas Marriott Suites, Market Center. The company will soon open the 950-room JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix. John Q.
