Mark Hopkins Hotel Names New Catering Sales Manager

SAN FRANCISO—Darin Sturgill was recently appointed Catering Sales Manager of the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco. Before joining the 380- room hotel, Sturgill was catering sales manager at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco. Prior to that, he held posts as reception manager at the Pan Pacific Hotel, and director of operations at the Hotel Monaco, San Francisco. Strugill’s duties will include soliciting events in the hotel’s 18 function rooms for social functions, group business and meetings.
