Malaysian Hotels Urged To Improve Service

KUALA LUMPUR— Malaysian hotels and restaurants have been urged to improve their service levels during a recent Asian Hotel and Restaurant Association conference, organized here by the Malaysian Association of Hotels. Malaysian Culture, Arts and Tourism Minister Abdul Kadir Sheikh Fadzir said since the tourism industry depended on repeat travelers and ensuring consistent tourist arrivals to Malaysia, the service quality of hotels and restaurants must be improved and maintained at a higher level.
