Malaysian Agency Sells Three Hotels

KUALA LUMPUR Malaysias debt-restructuring agency, Pengurusan Danaharta Nasional Bhd. said it has sold three hotels in a hotel and leisure property tender together with Danaharta-appointed administrators.

The three properties include a 54-room resort in Port Dickson for approximately $1.42 million (MYR5.9 million), a 126-room resort known as Golden Pearl Island Resort in Penang for $3.9 million (MYR15 million) and a three-star, 200-room beachfront resort in Penang for $5.03 million (MYR19.1 million).
