ATLANTA— Freemont Capital Realty has begun an $11 million-plus renovation of the historic Georgian Terrace hotel here. Included in the project are the hotels public spaces, restaurant, bar and guestroom. Each of the all-suite propertys rooms will receive new flat screen televisions, wired and wireless Internet access, new mattresses and a new linen package. In the lobby, the front desk will be relocated within its atrium and the entire space will be completely redesigned to give it a more modern appearance. Additionally, the Georgian Terraces restaurant, bar and carry-out cafe are being completely transformetd by San Francisco-based design firm Puccini Group to create a signature dining experience. The renovation is expected to be completed by this spring.
