Looking for Easy-to-Clean, Comfy Mattresses? Tempur Sealy Has the Answer

The mattresses you choose for your rooms should not only be comfortable for your guests, but also easy on your housekeepers. Changing sheets and cleaning mattress fabrics can be time-consuming, but today’s most innovative mattress providers take this issue into consideration. Tempur Sealy’s hospitality line offers special features for housekeeping to quickly turn over beds while also providing comfort to guests. Here are three elements to consider when selecting a mattress:

1. Sturdy Mattress Handles

A mattress with secure handles can assist hotel staff in the rotating, flipping or lifting associated with making a bed, in turn making their jobs easier. Among the offerings on the market, Tempur Sealy’s Sealy® and Sealy Posturepedic® collections offer four strong handles, while the Stearns & Foster® mattresses feature eight patented vertical handles—all designed for everyday use.

2. Water-Resistant Fabrics, Refreshable Covers

Keeping a hotel bed fresh is no easy feat. Start by choosing a mattress with fabric that repels liquids or a cover that zips off. For example, the Sealy, Sealy Posturepedic and Stearns & Foster collections feature woven and/or knit water-resistant, antimicrobial fabric options. The Tempur-Pedic® TEMPUR-Cloud® collection mattresses come with either the durable, washable EasyRefresh® top cover or a removable, replaceable cover.

3. No-Skid Foundation Top

A mattress that slides around on top of its box spring can be an annoyance to guests and affect the overall look of rooms. All Sealy, Sealy Posturepedic and Stearns & Foster mattress foundations feature a special no-skid layer to keep the mattress right where it should be.
