PHILADELPHIA—The Loews Philadelphia Hotel, once known as the historic Philadelphia Saving Fund Society (PSFS) building, completed a three-month, $14 million guestroom renovation.
All 581 guestrooms now offer increased Wi-Fi capabilities, larger work desk areas paired with leather ergonomic chairs, and more easily accessible electric outlets. They also feature new wall coverings, draperies, duvet covers, lamps and cityscape artwork. New bold hues of black, white and red accentuate the original black and white marble located throughout the property.
Additionally, the hotel converted existing space into 10 family-friendly parlor suites, each featuring a Murphy bed and connecting guestroom.
