ATLANTA— Lodgian, Inc. is on a renovation roll, completing major revamps at 16 of its hotels in 2004, with major renovations under way at 10 additional hotels that are slated for completion in the first half of 2005. The company also is in the planning/bidding stage for 13 hotels that are part of Lodgian’s ongoing renovation/upgrade program, including franchise product improvement plans.
