WICHITA, KS— LodgeWorks LP, based here, will open a Sierra Suites extended stay hotel at the Pike at Rainbow Harbor entertainment center in Long Beach, CA, developed and owned by Developers Diversified Realty. The upscale, $18.5 million, seven-story hotel will be built east of the Pikes parking garage and will feature 140 all-suite rooms, meeting facilities, a rooftop swimming pool and fitness center. It is scheduled to open summer 2006. The Pike at Rainbow Harbor is a 369,000 sq. ft. center featuring a mix of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues.
