LodgeNet Surpasses 700,000 Guestrooms

SIOUX FALLS, SD LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation, a provider of broadband, interactive television services to the hospitality industry, today announced that it delivers one or more of its interactive guest pay services to more than 700,000 guestrooms in the United States and Canada.

LodgeNet provides all of its interactive rooms with on-demand movies, and 96% of them with Nintendo video games. In addition, LodgeNet continues to deploy its high-speed Internet on TV service, which the company introduced to the lodging industry in 1997. (8/22/00)
