SIOUX FALLS, SD— LodgeNet Entertainment Corp., which provides video-on-demand service to hotels, said on Thursday it raised its fourth quarter expectations for cash flow and revenues from a prior forecast in October. LodgeNet is now expecting revenues of $51 million to $53 milllion and operating cash flow in terms of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of $16.5 million to $17.5 million. The company previously reported that its revenues would be $47 million to $50 million and EBITDA would be $14 million to $16 million. The company reported a third quarter loss of $0.38 per share on EBITDA of $20.3 million and total revenues of $57.7 million. The company did not give a fourth quarter earnings per share estimate, but Thomson Financial/First Call published analysts expectations of a loss of $0.85 per share. LodgeNet is expecting to report 2001 revenues of $215 million to $217 million and EBIDTA of $73.5 million to $74.5 million, the company said. Prior company forecasts called for a revenue range of $211 million to $214 million and EBIDA of $71 million ot $73 million. Analysts expected 2001 sales of $211.9 million, First Call said.
