SIOUX FALLS, SD— LodgeNet Entertainment Corp., which offers technology and media services for hotel guestrooms, said John OHaugherty will retire as its chief operating officer effective July 1. A replacement has yet to be named. OHaugherty will continue to be available to LodgeNet for general consultation and special projects for a two-year period. He joined the company in 1992 as vice president of sales and was promoted to COO of the lodging division in 1996. Under his guidance, LodgeNet has grown from 200,000 rooms in early 1992 to the more than 900,000 rooms worldwide. SOURCE: Reuters
