HANOVER, MD—Live! Casino & Hotel has appointed culinary industry veteran Jeffery Oliveri to VP of F&B.
Oliveri has 25 years of culinary management experience. In his new role, he’ll oversee the strategic direction of Live! Casino & Hotel’s complete F&B operations—including fine dining, fast casual restaurants, catering and banquets. He’ll also focus on ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining premiere culinary quality at the casino and the flagship luxury Live! Hotel, which is set to open in early 2018.
He brings knowledge in culinary arts and team member development to Live! Casino & Hotel, most recently serving as the VP of F&B at Horseshoe Casino, where he oversaw the opening of several celebrity and local restaurants. Previously, Oliveri served as the executive chef at L’Auberge Casino and Hotel in Baton Rouge and the company’s sister property, Lumiere Hotel and Casino in St. Louis. He also worked as a banquet and executive chef at Epcot Park at Walt Disney World.
