DELRAY BEACH, FL Lexington Services, a subsidiary of Travel Services International, formed a strategic alliance with Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) that will change the scope of services Lexington offers to hotels.

The alliance will provide the framework for Lexington to offer the hospitality industry a state-of-the-art hotel central reservation system, called the SPIRIT Hotel Reservation System, which will be powered by CSC Services. Beginning August 2001, Lexington Services will migrate all of its nearly 4,000 member hotels to the new SPIRIT system. (4/26/01)
