Leisure Canada Appoints VP/Corporate, Business Affairs

VANCOUVER, CANADA— Leisure Canada (LCI), a developer of luxury resorts in Cuba, has appointed Mark Morabito as vp/corporate and business affairs. Morabito is responsible for management of LCI’s regulatory compliance and will play a key role in providing advice and recommendations with regard to LCIs structured business transactions and contractual agreements with its development partners.
