HOUSTON LASV Enterprises, Inc. announced the appointment of Von Batesole, current president/CEO of SilverHawk Development Corp., as the new chairman of the board of directors. Also appointed as new members to the board are Peter Gallic and Leonard Malcolm. LASV and SilverHawk will become SilverHawk International Corporation; an application for name change has been started.
