HOUSTON LASV Enterprises announced that it has consummated its 100% ownership acquisition of SilverHawk Development Corp. and will change its name to SilverHawk International Corporation. The new entity will offer a strong synergy of business interests and opportunities with additional planned acquisitions of airlines, air routes, hotels, resorts, vacations ownership and casino developments added to the company s current interests in China, Mexico, Belize, Dominican Republic, Cook Islands, and California. The agreement stipulated that the acquired Company s CEO and President, Mr. Von G. Batesole will serve as the interim CEO and will also serve as the permanent Chairman of the Board of the new combined entity. (8/14/00)
