NEW YORK— Ernst & Young LLP has appointed Dan Lasik as national director of the firm’s Hospitality & Leisure Services in the Americas. Based in McLean, VA, Lasik brings to his new post more than 17 years of experience in the real estate and hospitality industry. Prior to joining Ernst & Young (E&Y) in 2002, he was an audit partner with Arthur Andersen and, before 1995, worked exclusively in the real-estate sector doing extensive audit and due-diligence work with REITs and their IPOs. As national director/Hospitality, Lasik will now be responsible for uniting E&Y’s Hospitality Audit and Assurance Services with the company’s Hospitality Advisory Services, headed by National Director Michael Fishbin.
