Las Vegas Hotel-Casino Tries Blocking Take-Out Fliers

LAS VEGAS— The Sahara hotel-casino sued in Clark County District Court here to stop 10 Las Vegas pizzerias from trespassing on its property and distributing their fliers under its hotel room doors. The defendants include Flamingo Pizza, Sicilian Pizza, Traditional Pizza, Bad Boy, Capri Pizza & Restaurant, Euro Pizza, Vegas Pizza, Magura Restaurant, Cafe Verdi and Cafe Verdi West. The suit said the defendants not only diverted customers from Saharas restaurants but their activities also led to an “accumulation of litter on Saharas property, guest complaints about the fliers, and diversion of employee resources” to address the problem. The defendants have not yet responded to the Saharas allegations. SOURCE: Las Vegas Sun
