NORTHBROOK, IL–– Lane Hospitality is pursuing rapid growth with several new management contracts as well as new hotel development. The company has signed four new management contracts with NY-based McSam Hotel Group, LLC. They include limited service properties in New York as well as Anchorage, AK. Lane Hospitality is also building upon its recent management assignment of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Orlando, FL, with an expansion plan to add 150 guestrooms and 10,000 square feet of meeting space set to begin next year. The company has also been selected to build a new 197-room Crowne Plaza in Milwaukee. Additionally, Lane Hospitality is also putting the finishing touches on two major renovations: the Annapolis, MD Radisson, which has been converted to a Doubletree and the Courtyard by Marriott in Durham, NC.
