Landon Joins AH&LA Sales Force

WASHINGTON, D.C. Jim Landon has been appointed regional sales representative of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA). In his new position, he will work with the AH&LA member state associations in Georgia and North Carolina to increase membership by attracting new properties. He will also be responsible for retaining current members by identifying and addressing their needs.

Prior to his role at AH&LA, Landon served as vice president of the associations Educational Institute (EI) where he represented the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean in the handling of the organizations foreign business affairs. He brings with him nearly 50 years of hospitality experience. (4/27/01)
