FEDERAL WAY, WA— La Quinta Inns has added a new location within its franchised property portfolio with the opening of the 165-unit La Quinta Inn & Suites in this Seattle suburb. The eight-story property is owned and managed by PrimeStar Hotels. Situated between Seattle and Tacoma, the new La Quinta Inn & Suites here offers on-site fitness facilities— including an indoor pool and spa— as well as complimentary airport shuttle service. The hotel can also reportedly accommodate gatherings of up to 225 people via eight meeting rooms. In addition to this initial franchised facility in the state, it was noted that La Quinta also lists three company-owned hotels in Washington and, all told, now features five locations throughout the region.
