LOS ANGELES— Kor Hotel Group has selected GuestWare as the customer relationship management (CRM) solution for four of its high-end, boutique hotels. Using data from Kor’s hotel information systems property management system, GuestWare’s Guest Recognition software automatically builds and maintains a database of Kor’s repeat guests. GuestWare’s matching process compares expected arrivals with past customers to identify each repeat visitor. It also detects duplicates and questionable matches to ensure that all repeat guests get the needed attention. Kor, based here, has already installed GuestWare in three of its California properties: the Avalon Hotel and Maison 140 in Beverly Hills, and the Viceroy in Santa Monica. Going forward, Kor has plans to install GuestWare in its Palm Springs-based Estrella hotel as well.
