DALLAS— Knights Franchise Systems announced today at its annual conference being held here, that the brand relaunched its website with a fresh new look. According to Lori Smith, director of marketing, KnightsInn.com now features new graphics and a simplified interface that is easier to navigate. Every Knights Inn property will be featured for free on the revamped website with three online pages of photos and descriptions, she said. The site will also feature a new booking engine that streamlines the reservation process and offers users acces to opt-in brand e-mail marketing campaigns.
