DENVER— San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants will manage a 200-room, $75 million, four-star hotel to be built next to a T-REX light-rail line in Greenwood Village. The hotel is being developed by ING Clarion Partners. Construction is scheduled to start late this year on the 17-story hotel, called Palomar Denver Tech Center. It will be built next to INGs 22-story, 470,000-square-foot Plaza Tower One office building at 6400 S. Fiddlers Green Circle. The project will include 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail that opens up to Fiddlers Green Circle. The hotel will have 40 residential units on the top six floors. Of those, 32 will be one- and two-bedroom units averaging 1,450 square feet each and starting at about $500,000.
