SAN FRANCISCO—With summer vacation just around the corner, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants is getting back to basics and inviting teachers to head from the classroom to the guestroom with Time Out For Teachers rates of $75 and $125 per night from May 29 to September 7. Teachers may take advantage of specials offered through Kimpton’s Summer Playground, such as complimentary sangria, bites and games at wine hour and ice cream in lobbies. “Come summer, teachers deserve a break and this affordable escape allows them to take advantage of a special rate just for them and join in the Kimpton fun,” said Niki Leondakis, COO at Kimpton. Promotion rates are $75 per night at most hotels, and $125 per night at hotels in New York and Florida for stays on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday nights, with a maximum three-night stay.
