SEATTLE PD Hotel Associates, a joint venture between Dow Hotel Company and Prudential Real Estate Investors, has acquired the 296-suite Rosemont Suites at OHare in Rosemont, IL, for an undisclosed amount.
The hotel will be managed by the Dow Hotel Company. It is the second acquisition made by the joint venture in the past year.
