LONDON— One December 1, Jumeirah International will take its first step outside its Dubai homeland with the take over of two management contracts in Knightsbridge, London from Hyatt International. The 220-room Carlton Tower, which will undergo an extensive refurbishment, will receive a new general manager, Andrew Abram, who has been with Jumeirah for four years. The second property is the 73-room Lowndes hotels. The two London hotels will bring Jumeirah’s management portfolio to seven, including five Dubai properties. SOURCE: HVS International
