NEW YORK – Sonnenblick-Goldman Company has appointed Joseph L. Williams, III a Managing Director and Principal at its New York headquarters. Mr. Williams, a real estate investment banking specialist with over 27 years experience, will be responsible for the sale and financing of major hotel, office and mixed-use properties on a national and international basis. In addition, he will play a major role in creating and advancing new business initiatives for the firm. Most recently, Mr. Williams served as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of the Investment Properties Group at CB Richard Ellis. (8/14/00)
