Jones Lang LaSalle Sells Aspen Ski Resort

ASPEN, CO Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels arranged the sale of the 90-room Aspen Club Lodge to Northridge Capital, a company that invests in funds on behalf of offshore investors. IRP Aspen LLC previously owned the property. The resort recently underwent a $2 million renovation. (3/28/01)
