Jones Lang LaSalle Markets Toronto Hotels

TORONTO— On behalf of a Canadian investor, Royal Equator, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed to market for sale the Days Hotel and Conference Centre and the Best Western Carlton Place Hotel. Both properties are in close proximity to the Lester B. Pearson National Airport, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and the International Trade Centre. The Days Hotel and Conference Centre is a 201-room, seven-story property with an indoor pool, fitness center, 105-seat Garden Café Restaurant and Bar and 16 meeting rooms. The Best Western Carlton Place is a 524-room hotel with a sauna, fitness center, and indoor pool. The property features the 125-seart Capri Café and Bar Restaurant as well as 12 meeting rooms.
