CHICAGO— Ted Tomaras is now the COO of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ Americas region. Based in Chicago, Tomaras will report to Arthur Adler, the managing director and CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in the Americas. Tomaras will now be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels’ hospitality advisory, asset management, financing, valuation and investment sales services in the region. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, Tomaras held management roles within the financial reporting and investor relations groups at Trizec Properties, Inc., an office REIT.
