Jones Lang Arranges Bora Bora Resort Sale

LOS ANGELES Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. has purchased the Bora Bora Lagoon Resort from Nara Tahiti SA. David Gibson and Gregory Rumpel of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels arranged the transaction, reported to be worth approximately $20 million.

The 80-room resort features 50 over-water bungalows and is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel was voted the world s #1 Luxury Resort by the Robb Report in 1999. (5/8/01)
