OKLAHOMA CITY, OK— The 311-room Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel here has earned a four diamond rating from the American Automotive Association (AAA). The 15-story property is owned and managed by John Q. Hammons Hotels. The four diamond distinction is given to properties that are upscale in all areas, offer an extensive array of amenities, provide a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail. The ratings, which range from one to five diamond, represent a combination of overall quality, range of facilities and level of services offered by a property. The size, age and overall appeal of a property, as well as regional architectural style and design are considered when assigning a diamond rating. “The AAA four diamond award is widely recognized as a measure of excellence among travelers and the hotel industry alike,” said John Pasley, general manager. “At the Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel, we strive for excellence and superiority in every way. Receiving the distinction as a four diamond hotel is truly an honor and proof that our dedication to quality is apparent in all that we do.”
