SANTA ROSA, CA—Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, on behalf of Hyatt Vineyard Creek, LLC and Rim Hospitality, has sold the leasehold interest in the Hyatt Vineyard Creek here to AEW Capital Management, LP and Noble Investment Group, LLC. The 155-room hotel is located adjacent to Historic Railroad Square, this city’s downtown retail core. According to James Stockdale, vp/JLLH, AEW Capital and Noble Investment could expand the Hyatt to create “a more prominent group destination, and they can also implement ROI-driven projects like a spa expansion.”
