HENDERSONVILLE, TN— James Grout was named president and chief operating officer of Sholodge Inc. today. Grout joined ShoLodge in March of 1995 as director of development and was elected executive vp in April of 1995. ShoLodge currently owns, manages, and/or franchises 122 hotels.
