JACKSONVILLE, FL— Okeechobee Inn, Inc.’s subsidiary, West Palm Motel Corp., has purchased the 77-room Ramada Limited here from Nikita Hotels, Inc. for $4.9 million. Mazili Hotel Group brokered the sale for Nikita Hotels. The hotel was sold at a 16% capitalization rate and a price per room of $64,102.
