BILOXI, MS— Isle of Capri Casinos, which owns casinos in the southern and midwestern United States, said it would spend $135 million of free cash on expansion projects at three casinos. The Biloxi, Mississippi-based company said it would spend $79 million to build an additional 400 hotel rooms and other facilities in Biloxi; $50 million to build a new hotel tower at its casino in Bossier City, LA; and $6 million to build a 60-room inn at its Marquette, IA, location.
