MIAMI— Interval Software Services, LLC (ISS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Interval International, has entered into an agreement with Siet-Savoi, S.A. to license its Resort Solutions software application for use at the Royal Savoy Vacation Club in Madeira, an island located just off the coast of Portugal. Installation of the Resort Solutions system is currently underway with support provided by ISS’s European office in Northern Ireland. Resort Solutions software program is designed to meet the needs of a full-service timeshare operation— from lead generation, contracting, and commissions, through member servicing, reservations, and resort financial management. Resort Solutions includes a business-rules engine that will assist resort personnel in operating within the guidelines established by the developer. It also includes inventory management features designed to maximize profitability. The sales and marketing solutions offered through the program include the design of marketing programs that can be tailored to specific target audiences and monitored to evaluate effectiveness.
